Change the Color & Gap
If you paint an area with wrong color, please wait for the paint drying, then cover the wrong area with the correct color on the surface. Do not leave gap between the two color block. If the gap is not quite right, wait for the color block to dry and use the correct color to fill it again. 
Prevent Paints from Drying Quickly
Acrylic paints drys quickly. You can add a drop or two of water to prevent it. Always keep the pot closed after use to keep the paints moist and ready to use.
Clean the Brushes
Nylon brush features good water absorption which is easy to clean. Wash clean the brush when you change to another color or stop painting. When the brush is wet, it’s the easiest way to wash clean.

Spend a whole fun day with my daughters working on this art project. Very beautiful picture when it was done, but it would take hours though. Be patient.

We are in love with doing Paint by Numbers. We will sit around for hours and fill in the tiny spaces. You can work on it as long as you want and tuck it away for a later time. This is another quality one with hours of enjoyment included. The colors are nice and the quality good. Doing Paint by Numbers is a great way to unwind at the end of the day. If you haven’t tried one, you should do so.

I bought this as a gift for a 60 year old. I was concerned that the numbers would be too small for her eye site. Happily this doesn’t seem to be much of a problem. She was very happy with the gift and has since completed it and hung it up. It is very pretty. I believe she had to wear her reading glasses to paint it but that it didn’t bother her at all. She liked it enough to ask for more in the future.

These paintings are very intricate and time consuming so keep that in mind as you shop. But, they come out beautifully. My child has done a couple and I have framed them. The patience involved in doing correctly is amusing to me. For those who find this type of activity fun, relaxing, fulfilling and enjoyable….well, hats off to ya.
